Is it too late to get in real shape after 40?

No. Plenty of men build their best physique in their 40s. Recovery is slower and the approach has to be smarter, but strength, fat loss, and conditioning are all absolutely still on the table.

What about my knees, shoulder, or back?

Programming is built around your injuries and limitations, not in spite of them. I'm a coach, not a medical provider — anything requiring clearance we work alongside your doctor.

Do you deal with hormones or testosterone?

That's a medical conversation for your doctor. What I control is the training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery that let your body perform its best — which is where most of the results actually come from.

I have a demanding career and family. How much time does this take?

The plan is built around your real week. Most clients train three to four focused sessions, and the check-ins and app keep it efficient. Consistency beats volume, especially now.
