Veteran Coaching FAQ

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program is built around whatever you have — full gym, garage setup, or bodyweight and a park. If your access changes, the plan changes.

I'm way out of shape now. Is that a problem?

No. Most clients start after a long layoff. We meet your body where it is today and build from there — sustainably, without wrecking you in week one.

How often do we talk?

Every coaching client gets a weekly check-in by call or video, plus 24/7 messaging in the app between sessions.

Do you work with disabilities or injuries from service?

Yes. Programming is adapted around injuries and limitations. I'm a coach, not a medical provider — anything requiring clearance, we work alongside your doctor.
