Take Your Routine With You.

New city, new gym, unfamiliar food, a schedule spread across time zones — living abroad is the fastest way to lose a routine. I'm Justin Cox, a former U.S. Marine coaching from Bangkok, and I build training and nutrition that travel as well as you do.

Who this is for

Your Life Moves. Your Training Should Keep Up.

Expats, remote workers, and long-term travelers don't fail at fitness because they're lazy — they fail because every variable keeps changing. Coaching that assumes a fixed gym and a fixed kitchen falls apart the first time you relocate.

01

Any gym, or none

Hotel gyms, a new commercial gym every few months, or a park and resistance bands — your plan adapts to what's in front of you.

02

Food anywhere

Street food, restaurants, and grocery stores you can't read yet — simple frameworks to hit protein and stay lean.

03

Across time zones

Async coaching that doesn't depend on you being awake when I am. Check-ins scheduled to your clock.

How the coaching works

A Routine That Survives A Move

01

Custom program

Training and nutrition built around your city, equipment, travel, and goals — rebuilt fast whenever your situation changes.

02

Weekly check-ins

A weekly check-in by call or video, scheduled to your time zone, to review the week and adjust the plan.

03

App + 24/7 access

Program, tracking, and messaging in one app that works wherever you have a signal.

04

Adjust and progress

Relocations, long-haul flights, and visa runs are planned for — momentum carries across borders instead of resetting.

Why a Marine-led coach

I train the same way you'll have to — anywhere, with whatever's in front of me.

Justin Cox — Former U.S. Marine, WBFF Competitor, Bangkok

Structure and accountability that don't depend on a perfect setup — because yours won't be one.

Common questions

Expat Coaching FAQ

What if I move or travel constantly?

That's the whole design. When your city, gym, or schedule changes, we rebuild the plan around the new reality — fast.

Do time zones make coaching harder?

No. Coaching is app-based and async, and your weekly check-in is scheduled to your local time, not mine.

How do I eat right in a country I don't know yet?

You get simple, flexible frameworks for protein and portions that work with local food — no imported-groceries-only diet.

How often do we talk?

Every coaching client gets a weekly check-in by call or video, plus 24/7 messaging in the app between sessions.
